Really, I mean it.

Forgive everyone. Even if just for this moment.

We tend to not think about how damaging or tiring it can continue to be when we don’t forgive something.

Of course, some things are easier forgiven than others.

Healing has to take place regardless.

To me, forgiveness has been a way to allow healing to take its course a little faster.

I need reminders sometimes.

This “‘reminder” can be a sticky note with a positive affirmation, a reminder on my phone, or even just a quiet moment with my family.

Reminders don’t have to be anything grand.

But even a simple, small moment reminder to forgive those who may have wronged you either knowingly or unknowingly can have a huge impact on your mental well-being.
